Been using this program and testing it out.

I have to say it's pretty amazing and with further development from the right people could even be better than pokegen

If it had Dream Radar and Funfest Mission support it would be my go to save editor over pokestock

it's not really worth advertising. i just played around with it and liked it.

It crashes quite a bit, and loads up slowly, but it has a lot of really nice features on it.

Why not? What's stopping you from using a fakeGTS to upload whatever you want?

And you'd still be able to transfer in edited pokemon from Gen 5. You wouldn't be able to get edited new pokemon (or old pokemon with new egg moves) but you could at least transfer in pokemon with perfect IV's to help breed new pokemon.

Notable Features
>Entree Forest editing (albeit hard to tell what slot you're editing)

Flaws/Issues

all in all it's definitely worth using, but as i said...it needs further development
