What would be the best way to buld a team around criticals and snipers

I think the heaviest hitter would be Kingdra, no one resists dragon types (yet) so give him sinper, razor claw, baton pass a focus energy to him +3 critical ratio

Is there something here??

Steel does.

Give it strong defenses, because if you plan on setting all that up you'll need to take a hit or 5, and dealing crits will take away any need of giving it IVs in either attacks.

I'd be tempted to go for a Super Luck Absol as well, with Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Protect, and maybe Swords Dance.

But yeah, relying on Crits as your team strategy is a bad idea.

I guess not, I was just listing any moves that would give Absol a 25% chance to crit. Replace Shadow Claw with Swords Dance.

stabs hit everything but steels which get earthquaked, 25% chance of a crit for 300% is better overall than 33% chance of a crit for 200%

24 speed EVs will outspeed +1 max speed jolly landorus-T and everything below (base 90's) after an agility, while 72 speed EVs will outspeed +1 jolly/timid max speed base 100's (DDmence)

or add more to outspeed other things like scarf terra

rest go in HP to help set up agil with dat 70/110/75 bulk

you might switch EQ for an elemental fang in order to take care of dragons or ground-neutral steels though, or even a double dance set

hold on I seem to have misread super luck's effect

I still think this is an alright set, it's just that super luck sets are a 50% chance of 200% damage, which is better

Very risky. Tauros is pretty fragile, and will not appreciate taking the crit in the first place, even with the +6 ATK boost.

The strategy works best with something with pretty grim SP. ATK using Frost Breath. It'll always be a crit so you're not risking damaging Tauros unnecessarily, and the Storm Throw counterpart will be Super-Effective. Maybe Delibird's base 65 SP ATK is your best chance, but it's still VERY risky.
