Im a brit from manchester and honestly, having a region in the UK would be good but its too small and there isnt enough 'exiting' things to do here, ive been here all my life, 19 years, and the most ive done it climbed snowdon and thats it.
There is fuck all here, the best they could do it have a villainous team based off chavs who rob pokemon and sell them for drugs.
Pokemon in the UK would be a waste of a good gen. We have no interesting animals to base pokemon off, not enough huge land marks to visit and not enough room for a vast map unless they went hoenn and used the isles.
The closest i can relate to this Welsh theory is that Yveltal could be based off the Wyvern which has no arms and has its wings instead of arms. That is it.
Its france, deal with it, it has the fucking eiffel tower on EVERYTHING.
The best the UK could do in this game is have the bottom half as a post game island like the nature reserve was in BW2.
