Fairy is going to be a great type.

Except if you're a person that can't deal with changes. Then you will hate this.
Eventually you will find your way to it, however. So don't worry.

To be fair though, I don't think Dark has ever been associated with literal darkness in Pokemon.
So it was Fighting's association with "justice and honor" that acted as Dark's opposite.

Fairy, on the other hand, is implemented as a counterpart to Dragon in the same fashion Dark was a counterpart to Psychic.

I don't care either way. I'd welcome a new type, but it wouldn't bother me if there wasn't.

The part that gets me is the unholy rectal Ragnarok from people who think the "Fairy" name is 100% confirmed but think it sounds way too gay. You'd think they'd never have gotten into Pokemon to begin with out of fear that Jigglypuff and Clefairy would turn them homosex.

Have you never heard of an anti-hero? Someone who does evil things like fighting dirty but does them for greater good.
