Even is it's a shit move, at least something to differentiate them from regular pokémon. Like Sing Pikachu, no one uses Sing, but at least is something that makes that event Pikachu unique.

goddamnit, serpy is by far the coolest of the unova starters, but it's completely useless. Only thing going for it is a speedy subseed, and any grass type can do that (and IMO whimsicott totally outclasses)

Hell, even with contrary, he only has ONE MOVE to make use of it. And does he even get any other special attacks besides grass and hidden power?
