Someone on Neogaf pointed out that the background for X is a forest and Y has a sky as its background.

Looking at the map there's definitely thick forest in the coast and a tall mountain in the mountainous part. Maybe that's where you'll find Xerneas and Yveltal?

Since it's directly from Japanese Ka-ros so it should be Kah-los. It'd be Kei-ros in Japanese if it were Kay-los.
