So my friend and I are going to a con in which there is a Pokemon battle contest thing, and we want to join, but he's a complete noob with Pokemon that all have the same types of moves,

and such, so I kind of want to make him some Pokemon so he stands a chance against all the others. Any websites where I can make Pokemon that would hold up against hack-tests?
