Of all the names and designs Game Freak could've chosen, they chose one that's really similar to a fan Pokemon. Really fucking risky if you take into account the fact that Game Freak employees are NOT ALLOWED to look for fan submissions.
However, they really couldn't have known about it. It's so... well, unpopular. But it's enough to make a fiasco.
