Best guess is stylus with Xerneas and Yveltal on them. They did styluses for Diamond and Pearl, HGSS, and BW so it stands to reason they'll probably do it with XY as well.
I think figures will probably be released with TCG promos so that's out. Outside of that, they could pull an "other", which'd be a wall cling, a coin, or something else.
