IF (i say IF) the rumor / want / whatever is true, Sylveon SHOULD have high HP IF it were Fairy type. Look at the FAIRY-LIKE Audino, Blissey, Snorlax, Wigglytuff etc. All of these Pokemon are all pokemon that would have their types changed to Fairy.
I'm not at all advocating Sylveon to be Fairy at all, but given the stat distribution of Eevees, and a HP focused Eevee not currently existing, it's beginning to look like "Fairy" might possibly be a thing, or a new HP/Bulk focused type that focuses on recovery and such.
