Guys, so I picked up Pokemon Black again after like, a year. I'm enjoying the game as usual but it turns out my Black City is literally empty. I heard that happens when you fuck with the game clock but I did no such thing.

Anyway, is there a way I can fix this? I have very few friends who play pokemon, but I can connect to Wi-Fi and stuff. If I can fix it over the internet, anyone willing to help me out?
