Put 50 points of its Special Attack (Or Attack, I guess. Bug Buzz and Attack Order are pretty much the same thing. Do you want Hidden Power and Secondary STAB or Pursuit and a stronger U-Turn?) into HP.

Change its ability to Rock Absorb.

First two suggestions did it right off of the bat. As much as I love vespiquen, making a defensive bug/flying type was a mistake, and intimidate/levitate would be much better than fucking unnerve/pressure. Otherwise I wish she didn't have equal attack/special attack stats with no special attack movepool, maybe poor some of those special points into attack/speed.

Because it removes the Ice and Electric and lowers the Rock weakness, while only losing a Bug resistance.

Although Vespiquen's so slow it's not going to be avoiding very many SE attacks by Roosting.
