I understand Japan has this folklore thing with frogs causing rain, so I get why Politoed got Drizzle. But we already know from in-game stuff that Slowpoke's yawn makes rain come. It would have been awesome if Slowbro and Slowking got Drizzle.

And it's also been said that "When volcanic ash darkened the atmosphere, it is said that Volcarona's fire provided a replacement for the sun." Why did Volcarona not get Drought?

BASICALLY what Pokemon should have gotten weather-inducing abilities, and why lore-wise? How would they change the meta?
