If it was one, it would have human hair (probably some emo or hipster style), instead of Growlithe's hair, and it'd be wearing clothes (typically of the same style as the hair, but also possibly some kind of Kingdom Hearts-esque belts n zippers fantasy style).
And it'd have 3-4 paragraphs of tragic backstory and speshul events about how it overcame fursecution written around it.
