Well shit, /vp/. I was raising a Crobat then this boss motherfucker showed up. Which should I go with? Though I kind of wish it was a Staraptor instead...

You can train a Crobat easily in any-game. XY for example

But once XY hits there won't be a nice underleveled Braviary. Instead you'll ahve to wait until the last fucking routes of the game to get a Rufflet and waiting until he is Lv 54 or something for him to evolve

Zubat family is one of those universla Pokémon that appear in every game, The only time they were not in the regional Pokédex was during BW (because Unova only) and Crobat was not available in RBY and the remakes (because muh 151)

\I've only used my bro's Rufflet once during a Black run and it was actually quite impressive, though I had to grind it to evolve before the Pokemon League.

Braviary doesn't get Acrobatics or high speed like Crobat, but the in-game one does come with Defiant, and you might get Brave Bird before the Elite Four. Go with Braviary, Crobat is sweet but he's in, like, every other game.
