That means having to re-breed for a speed stat of 30 instead of 31 (Sucks, I know). I've been trying to figure out RNG'ing event Pokemon (They're the only ones I RNG since, well, they're event Pokemon). I know how to do it perfectly in Black/White, but B2/W2 uses a different algorithm that I haven't gotten the hang of yet.
