So guys, I think i finally figured it out.

>Eevee's gender ratio will be changed from Male 87.5% Female 12.5%, to 50/50
tl;dr Syleveon is a female eevee with a moonstone, and will be normale type. there will be another eeveelution which will be male and normal.
