Wouldn't they have to program AI around each team and move combination?
The battle could end up being pathetically easy because the AI wouldn't know the tactics you used with your team to make it work.

But seriouslt Gen 6 better have the Original Dragon. If they can abcktrack all the way to Gen 1 and revamp Mewtwo they can do the same with Kyurem
