Against an Onyx, it's x2 x2, so 400%.
If used by a Blastoise, it's x1.5, so 600%.
If used in Rain, it's x1.5, so 900%.

That's not how the multiplier works.

The multiplier goes at the end of the damage calculation. Basically, the "100%" would be multiplied by (2 x 2 x 1.5 x 1.5), and that is 9.

Go look how the damage is calculated in bulbapedia if you don't understand.
