This was a recent idea that I came up with, and fits will with the Kalos region.
Name: Tarotcotta (Tarot and terracotta)
It's supposed to be an evolution of Claydol, which evolves when you trade it while it's holding a Deck of Cards.
As for appearance, think of a slimmer Claydol-esque shape that holds three cards in each hand.
And as for stats, I'm thinking of a Porygon2/PorygonZ scenario, where defence is exchanged for offense.
Considering that Tarot cards are popular in France (apparently), I believe it would work well.

I had the idea of a Psychic/Poison mon made of dripping black goo, dressed in tattered robes and with flowing white hair, maybe a beard for the male, with called Sorcerot. It floats, so Levitate. I'd love to see this implemented, but it's unlikely.
It's basically sludge that gained Esper powers after exposure to radiation or something.

I've had this idea of a dragon with a steel jaw that resembles a train skirt. The horns on it's head look like small mountains that decrease in size as they go down it's head, and at the end is it's hair that looks like a flowing river, along with it's whiskers.
It's role is to create rivers to dry uninhabitable places that have dried up and to create mountains near by so the area can stay well hydrated.
