/vp/ I have been playing Leaf Green all day trying to get a decent Modest Mewtwo and not had much luck, thew few modest ones I found had very low IV's. Then this Rash one shows up:

HP: 236(11/12) Atk: 171(18) Def: 145(20/21) Sp. Atk: 264(28/29) Sp. Def: 117(0/1) Spd: 203(23/24)

Is it worth keeping? That Sp. Atk is the highest I have seen all day but the Sp. Def is horribly low. The rest of his stats are above average.
