Why do people want X/Y leaks? Don't you want to start fresh and new? In a new world full of unexplored territory? Isn't that the point of X/Y's worldwide release?

Coming from a Genwunner, I am actually pretty excited about X/Y. I've given every game a chance but B/W was too painful to get through. I don't want everything to be spoiled, but I'm glad what I've seen so far has been pretty good in my book. Plan on pre-ordering it as soon as I know if there's going to be any goodies with the game for pre-ordering.

I don't have to use the new type, but other people will use it against me. Also, it will probably be forced down the players throat like every other new feature and gimmick. I'll still buy the game, but to say it doesn't affect me is ridiculous.

I find it funny when people say B/W was a chore. It's like the easiest Pokémon game to whiz through because of the leveling system is less of a chore and HMs are damned near optional most of the time.

Of any region was painful, it was Mountain&Cave Land.

Alright, if you play competitively people will use it against you sure, but why does that cause so much of a problem for you? What's so revolting about fairy type? Is it too "girly" or what? I need to know.

Sure the NPCs will use fairy types but if you're not OHKOing NPCs anyway then theres a chance you're not good at playing pokemon.
Umbreon and others weren't shoved down your throat, there wasn't even a dark type gym. The steel type gym only had what 3 pokemon and you call that shoving down your throat? The game will be like every other game you have played.

Because Pokemon games are all the fucking same despite what faggots try and argue otherwise. The only interest I have is in the new Pokemon, and if they suck, the game sucks. I don't want to discover that they suck slowly, I'd rather know it all at once. This is what made Diamond and Pearl so painful. I didn't know how much they Pokemon sucked beforehand. It was awful. Gen 2, when it originally emerged, was a joyous journey through strange then familiar lands, wherein all the areas relinquished to adventuring balls a bounty of fierce, unique, and interesting critters, all which fit into the previously mentioned balls. And it was wonderful.

Remakes? I played Soul Silver, and it was exactly as I thought it would be--the same shit with new paint. Not that this was a bad thing, but I didn't finish the game.

I just think a new type is unnecessary. I don't care if it is Fairy-type, Faggot-type, or Sports&Beer&FuckBitches-type, but 17 types is plenty.

I mean in more recent generations, like the C-Gear, PokeStar Studios, and Elemental Monkeys on every team. I'm not even sure how they could manage to shove a new-type down our throats, but I wouldn't put it past them.

Water, for instance, represents both the element, weather related to water, and the creatures that live in or near it.

Fairy, on the other hand, is incredibly vague. We already have a type for undifferentiated, fuzzy concepts: Normal.

Unova sucked, but mainly because of very stupid regional layout decisions and poorly realized locations. The bridges were pure filler. Entralink ruined the whole dynamic of the region, Black City/White Forest were a huge waste of time, etc...

Just looking at Kalos' map they've fixed this issue.
