Helioptile is Electric/fire and evolves twice. It is the first evolution in one of the pseudo-legendaries. It turns into a bigger lizard with a fin going all around his entire head. Its all yellow except for the inside of the fin and his legs. The final evolution is a slightly bigger lizard with spikes around the fin and it has a grid design inside of the fin. Legs are still black but the tail is also black now and it has spikes on the end of the tail.
