I was good just for being simple, being the blueprint, and Rocket. II had an interesting character motivation with Silver stealing a Pokemon, but loses points for reusing TR and them being morons. Gyarados subplot is cool though.
III makes a lot more sense if you're fighting Aqua, but is still kind of retarded. Cyrus's retarded plan puts IV stone dead last, BW1 has the best story, and BW2 loses points for boring rival and 'neo-Plasma', but gains some back for use of legendary and the attack on Opelucid.
