I was wondering what /vp/ thinks about the types/resistance/effectivity chart?

I mean, there are some ones like "water>fire>plant" that are logical, others like "Earth>Electric>Flying>Bug" or "Psychic>Fighting" easy to understand.
We can agree that everything that make you lose your concentration is gonna defeat Psychic type

But... Still I wondering about some other resistances/effectiveness:
Some types are really unbalanced... Why are Plant or Ice so weak against almost everything?
Venom defeating Plant when almost all venoms are synthesized by plants! And flying??

What about the Dark type? Why no a better planned Ghost type? Or combine both in one.

And you anon? Which resistance/effectiveness makes you angry? Which changes would you make for X/Y?
