Pretty standard subshuffle dragonite. Don't see it a lot, but it can be completely brutal for anyone who isn't expecting it.

You need spike and rocks support of course.

Jirachi with it would probably be pretty good, standard flinchpara Jirachi would probably work well with it, to be honest.

I was thinking that Jirachi would complement it well, with Stealth Rock and paralysis support, as well as a truly excellent type synergy with Dragonite.

Nope, too many strong pokes resist rocks and you'll be getting outsped by literally everything. Bronzong, even with spikes just by being bulky as fuck + levitate

A free turn from full paralysis is needed to Roost up Multiscale again, but you will get that turn more often than not.

Ferrothorn also applies there and can lay down more hazards. A double hazard Cloyster can actually make a good synergy too, as it can cover a lot of other things that would harm this set, but it lacks rocks so levitate foes will cause problems.

Also it's unexpected out of cloyster now because of shell smash

You want a pokemon that benefits from weakening walls with chip damage and paralysis support, such as banded moxie salamence or bulky dragon dance crawdaunt.
