It's moveset will be similar to Volcarona's and the fire aspects will be replaced with Ice.

It's abilities will also reflect this as it has a new Freeze equivalent of Flame Body.

Freeze should also be buffed to be have the same mechanics as sleep, or they should make a move that acts as an OHKO to frozen pokemon.

Frozen pokemon can thaw out on the same turn. Sleep forces the pokemon waste at least two turns and the sleep counter is also much better than the frozen counter as is now.
