Going to depend.
If it is in fact a new type, say, fairy (and I've got no real side in this argument, just saying 'if') then I'll probably like it. If it's not a new type, if it's any one of the existing types, then I don't like it much. It really doesn't look fitting for any current type. If it turns out to be flying, that will really suck because a flying eeveelution could be really badass looking...and preferably have wings, not just bows.
I could see it being normal, but a normal type eeveelution seems like it should be the very last one they introduce and should look more similar to eevee than any of the others do.
So short and sweet, if the fairfags are right, I like it. If not, I probably won't.
