Replace charizard with smeargle and you can give it any three gen4 or prior moves +rage. Also it works with any gen4 game.

I always wondered why this wasn't included with Kecleon's introduction. They'd probably nerf the 90 BP and make it some 50 BP gimmick move, though.

It wouldn't be good unless it gets a fire type extremespeed, which doesn't exist.

It's too frail to set up and too slow to attack before dying without setting up.
Fire type extremespeed would be like Scizor getting Technician+Bullet Punch.

With Magic Guard, Ledian can easily switch in, shrug off a hit with its massive special bulk, swords dance up and begin sweeping with Bug Bite and Aerial Ace.

Even at adamant, highest IV, full EV, that's still only 185.

A neutral-natured Bellsprout at zero EVs is better.

I'm not a fan of stall, but with 35 base Attk and 55 SpAttk, it can't do much else without changing its stats.
