The shadow Pokemon games were brilliant, despite their seemingly lackluster response outside of /vp/. Sure, there's less pokes, but that gave the developers the opportunity to create a far more balanced and challenging game. Battle CDs were one of the best concepts that anyone has ever come up with relating to Pokemon. I sorely want to see Colo 3.
