wouldn't you think it would be weird living among pokemon but when you fish you still catch pokemon and sell them to pay off your house?

there are turtle and octopus neighbors and you can catch and sell turtles/octopuses so it's really not much different.
the bug, fish, and fossil pokemon would not be neighbors like how outside of those two examples above you can't catch and sell creatures the neighbors are based off of.

but yes i would play this game so bad op, so fucking bad. I'm just hoping on some minor pokemon crossover for the XY release.

easy. Fosills are ok to be sellable you could make a Pokemon skeletons out of them.
Bugs and fishes would be changed for Shards and Scales. Of course obtaining them would be different than fishing/ catching.
