Are you battling on a simulator where smogon's rules apply?

If not, use Politoed and Poliwrath.

After one belly drum with swift swim Poliwrath reaches something like ~1200 attack and ~500 speed.

Carry a sitrus berry, or whichever restores 25% HP and teach him Ice Punch, Waterfall, and Brick break. The only pokemon he can't 1HKO after being set up (that I'm aware of) are Gyarados (Some sets are possible 1HKOs after rocks), Jellicent (Counters him almost completely) and Toxicroak (Again, nearly perfect counter).

Really though, drizzleswim is incredibly OP and once you use it you realize why it's banned on simulators.

First off, you must decide if you want to win or use your favorites, you want to win? Good! now pick a strategy

Baton pass
Weather
Pure offensive
Trick room

Got one? For baton pass, use either smeargle or gorebyss with shell smash. Carry 2 physical users, 2 special atackers and one prioritiy user (scizor goes here)

For offense, use the stronkest pokemon you can find and use them. Make sure to consider STABS, speed and stats when doing this

For trick room, you might want to wait this one out first, newcomers cant really get into this yet

Doubles battles call for trick room teams.

Cresselia, Hitmontop, Metagross, tyranitar filler filler

THats the strandard for any VGC team. Thundurus and sableye are also really popular
