defensive Ludicolo is so good, as is scarf Haunter. EV's on Licki are to outspeed base 55's (golurk mainly) and it should be able to counter most rockers in the tier as well as heal my two walls with wish while maintaining some offense. Have had troubles getting matches with it though, best one so far against an 1800 rank guy
