Guys, serious question here.

Don't you feel weird about all this hype for the new XY games? I mean, you started to play the main games years ago, right? enjoying every one, with their flaws and everything, even catching and training every shit out there. Many of you also play these games in a daily-basis, it's a normal thing for you. But what about 'that friend' of yours who likes only and ONLY the first season of the anime (and never touched a game since Stadium), who is the same person bitching over new generations since Johto and now, for no reason at all, he/she wants to buy a fucking 3DS just because XY.

What the fuck, /vp/? How do you feel about this? Did you meet someone like that before? Do you have any friends to play XY?
