He looks exactly like him from the back and GF likes to put in some hints in their revelations.

Yeah, I get that it's not definitely him but very likely a hint from GF to see us suffer even more.
However, they have pulled shit like that numerous times and it's very likely that this is one of these very situations.

If you don't want to see some seriously underused character with a great design in a new gen fine, but at least let others discuss about it.

What if... WHAT IF!
This story takes place in the past, henceforth the new route numbering again, and it shows the beginning of Colress and Looker's "careers".Then because of Colress' studies, Team Rocket goes and mimics the bonding studies of Colress; Mewtwo. Mewtwo sparks conflict in the Kanto and Looker jumps to try to arrest the head of all of it. Then Team Rocket continues and dies out in Johto region. Then Hoenn region passes without Looker and he begins going to Sinnoh region which happens at the same time as Johto. Then after Team Galactic is gone, he learns of the new Team Galactic, and Colress is involved this time. Looker looks all around to stop team Galactic but we don't know for sure if it happens. Ii think this could be possible since all of the Cannon pokemon series happen in a course of about 10 years give or take.

At first I was seriously a hoennbaby, but now after years of thinking and whining about it, I'm done. GF has stood me up for years, and frankly it is pretty stupid in theory. They made remakes for G/S/C and R/B/Y only because of their quality. Doing that to a GBA game kinda seems obscene.
