Okay, here's how you transfer from Gen 1 to Gen 4:
>get your Gen 1 Pokémon
>send them to a Gen 2 game so its stats are recalculated
>now write down all its important shit [stats (including IVs/EVs), ID, Moves, etc.]
>create it in Pokésav or any other Pokémon generator program
>load it into a Gen 4 game
>trade it to a Gen 5 game
