ITT, plebs who fail miserably at competitive. You probably use Defog to remove the foe's hazards. Empoleon is a hell of a magnificent Special Wall and can rape pretty much everything that's not a Roar Vaporeon with an Agility+Life Orb/Petaya Berry in the Rain.

I actually finally used on in pokemon online. Swept 4 pokes. Threw up a sub, then used agility. They dropped my sub an i put another one up. I have the berry that raises special attack when it's hp is low, then surf and ice beam provided the coverage i needed.
