Kinda, I think Pachirisu was okay.

Meh. I never cared for Emolga. Nothing against it, I just don't care too much for Electric types.

To me, there's only three non-Legendary Electric types worth using: Raichu, Ampharos, and my main man, Luxray.

emolga is great compared to pika clones
but compared to all electrics he's only pretty good
that being said there any THAT many good electrics, I love some though (I'm looking at you galvantula)
