WIth Leaf Storm/Draco meteor/HP Fire/Foxus Blast - Earth Power and dat speed he becomes a great late-game sweeper, and you can even use Unburden with a throaway item to assure he won't get outpaced by Scarf

Either switch its Attack and Special Attack or give it a better special movepool (Focus Blast is not enough). It would benefit from a decent special Rock move and a special version of Acrobatics.

these would be good changes though, since after Gen III, sceptile lost most of his good movepool in the physical special split.

except chlorophyll. he's fast enough as it is. Chlorophyll is better on slow pokemon like venusaur and eggxecutor
