Hey /vp/ does anyone here would be willing to tell me where can I download a rom of either these two games that doesn't have the anty-piracy code?

It's most likely to be in Japanese (not sure about moves) and I think the EXP problem is fixed.

OP, if you have the clean ROMs just edit the hex yourself. Another option would be to run the the clean ROM through the Dicastia AP patch.
