I want them in a HGSS type "remake". But after Hoenn, Or possibly a BW1 type sequel with an extended pokedex and small changes, maybe even anime-only towns.

I'm sure you just mean missingno., SS Anne, maybe glitch city... but you should probably look up some of the other glitches that plagued the game. A lot of typing matchups didn't work, wrap, of all things, was completely overpowered, several moves just plain didn't work (focus energy)...

Sometimes glitches can be awesome. According to an interview with the OoT3D developers, they reimplemented several glitches from the original on purpose because they knew how much fans liked playing with them.
