Bulbasaur - fine as it is
Charmander - Wonderguard+swap SpA with Att+hone claws
Sqirtle - only needs shell smash
Chickorita - regenerator + attacking stats that match its movepool
Cyndaquill - illusion (to give it to something that can actually use it)
Totodile - contrary + superpower
Treecko - swap Att and SpA and give it some punching or claw moves
Torchic - fine as it is
Mudkip - swift swim or dry skin
Turtwig - reduce SpA and add that to speed
Chimichar - give it more Def
Piplup - a bit more flying type moves but rest is fine
Sinvy - releas the god damn dream world abillity it alredy has and give it superpower
Tepig - either give it more speed or add the remaining speed points into Hp
Oshawot - Never used that one cause it gets on my nerves.
