What if, in addition to shinies, some pokemon had alternate typings-- complete with an appearance change that makes it appropriate?

The alternate typing has to be rarer than a shiny, of course, but it'd be hereditary when breeding pokemon of the same species, but recessive-- you have to breed together two alternate typing pokemon together.
