Well /vp/, I'm no artfag, nor do I know anything about design, but I think it's safe to say that this is the greatest fakemon ever created.

It looks like Vaporeon mixed with a Drapion and a hat of some kind.

instead of total immunity (totally OP) how about double resistance to every move except criticals? then while it sleeps it tanks moves, wakes up and rampages.
