>>12522620I think it's a pretty good way of doing things considering how it would be pretty much impossible to accurately place 649 into tiers objectively when there are so many with such minor differences.
Sometimes you get some problems like Metagross who probably shouldn't be in OU, but for the most part it works well.
but this all has very little to do with what the guy you're responding to was asking, and you just wanted an excuse to complain
