No, unfortunately. I didn't prepare before this (forgot that the quest eventually led up to the Giratina battle) so I only have a couple of ultra balls and great balls. Don't really feel like backtracking to get the dusk balls especially since the Distortion World is a bitch to navigate but I guess I have no choice.
