The Liepard uses assist to copy shadowforce, gets priority on it via prankster for the first, and then on the second turn lagging tail will make it hit last, meaning it is able to avoid the vast majority of attacks thrown its way. There are quite a few things that hard counter it, priority being the biggest, but unprepared teams can end up not being able to touch you and be slowly whittled down.
