/vp/, what were some Pokemon you used and were surprised by how good they were in game?
I'm starting a BW run and want to use some underrated things that I've never used. I plan on using Eelektross and Garbodor.

It isn't like I was unaware of Dunsparce's popularity, or the use of serene grace, but I figured that it was exaggerated. Still, I thought I would give one a try for the novelty. Togekiss. I never got around to using one because in the Sinnoh games you got Togepi after you beat the Elite Four and in the Johto games I always got a Togepi with a sucky nature or with Hustle.

I had one transferred from my Diamond game, used the Join Avenue to raise its happiness to evolve into Togetic and this guy has been a total beast.

I really tried to use Eelektross in BW playthrough because he's probably one of my favorite designs but they made him so hard to use because of the whole "no weaknesses" shit.

>best physical STAB is wild charge
>eelektrik doesn't get acid spray/coil till level ~50
>terrible speed and meh bulk
>no good coverage moves until BW2 tutors

It's a little dumb, but I really liked this Raikou in the battle factory. I hated the pokemon itself since Crystal (mine must've had shit DVs or something because it was absolute shit), but I ran into this 252 HP/252 Def CM/Rest motherfucker and I fell in love with it. I was sad as funk to see it go.
