We will never know, probably the BW hero since Red is the only one with a canon loss to another hero. And I'm not saying this as hipster, just sticking to the facts.
Also, that unused dialogue has no canonicity since it wasnt offically released.

The canonicity of PWT results is debatable at best. It's very likely B2W2 hero beat Red and the other champions, but we do not know for sure by now.

But to me, the Gen 3 and 4 plotlines got more apocaliptical, in Gen 3 the wordl could either drown or sink and in gen 4 the universe could be entirely rewritten. In Gen 5, the problem was that team plasma were going to control a powerful pokemon or freeze an entire region, not so much to me at least.

To me is
Nate(assuming he won the champions PWT)>the rest>Red
(including female counterparts too)

It's funny because Red's my favorite MC.

Because in every generation, X trainer catching Y Pokemon is disproved by having one appear in the game.

Example: Red didn't catch the three legendary birds because they're roaming in Platinum.

He's a fucking scrub who uses 3 starters + pikachu. Only reason he was able to become champion is because Blue's team was a fucking joke (seriously, go look up the movesets of Blue's team). And on top of that, he canonically lost to Gold/Ethan, so yeah.

Red is a fucking joke to fight. Pikachu is one of the shittiest Pokemon you fight after beating Blue, and his team is balls. The only threatening Pokemon he has is Snorlax. The rest of his team is shit tier.
