/vp/, I am playing Pokemon Ruby. All that there is left to do is catch this shitty, terrible IV Latios, and I'm done. Boom.

What is a quick way to find this motherfucker?

Just did, out of money. Is there some more efficient way to find this asshat? I just put a lv. 27 Wobbuffet in front of my party, slap on a Max Repel, and do a couple laps in grass near Rustboro. If it doesn't show up in three laps, I pop in and out of Rustboro to reset his location.

Ok, you didnt answer me directly.
Do this, go to pacifildog and surf to the tower wher Rayquaza is. In all my playthroughs in Gen 3, which were many, the lati appeared there for the first time. I'm not sure if it's on purpose or not, but try there.

Already caught Rayquaza, and didn't encounter him there, no. I actually already found him once previously, on my way to catch Regirock, but sandstorm+crit killed him and I had to reset.

Fly away from it, it'll move closer. Not actually sure if it works this way, but that's how I manage to find roaming Pokemon.
